Nice cobalt blue seal on a 3 3/4 inch float. 

Finding a Blue Dot float in this size is uncommon.  The most frequent occurrence of Blue Seals is on 2 1/2 inch size floats; followed by the 4 1/4 inch size.  The 3 3/4 inch size of this Blue Dot makes it unique and quite rare.

This float is also completely frosted from being exposed to the weather for many years.

This float has excellent provenance having been beachcombed on Kunashir Island in the Kurile Islands, Russia.
